Reports to the Human Resource Manager. The incumbent maintains and monitors all payroll correspondence for Southern Region pertaining to payroll and on a fortnightly basis in the Alesco Payroll System. Ensures payroll data entries are done in accordance to the pay cycle.

The applicant must have and demonstrate the following:
  • Diploma in Payroll Management from a recognised institution with minimum of Grade 12
  • Must have a Basic Alesco Attainment Certificate
  • Must be knowledgeable of PNG General Orders and relevant employment knowledge
  • Minimum of two 3-5 years’ work experience in Alesco/Ascender
  • Payroll System is an advantage
  • Must be a Matured and Practising Christian
